More hilarity: Let's say you're a shareholder whose stock is in street name. You want your certs, because you're an idiot and plan to follow Mike's instructions. What do you do? Well, first you have to get those certs from the transfer agent, right? And who IS the transfer agent? Bingo! It's Mike! And yes, he'll probably charge you for this. THEN, whenever you get 'em--this month, this year?--you send them BACK to Mike, along with a check. And one day, perhaps, he'll issue you new ones. Get it? This is absolutely beyond belief.
