Leroyt has correctly observed that this is pretty much guesswork. And, tiring. I agree. I do think, however, that the elimination of the preferred stock (6/4/98) prior to the reverse together with the additional investment of $400,000 by the principals also prior to the reverse, allowed Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Ben Ezra to remain in control after the issuance of shares for the acquisition of new companies. I was hoping that this need to retain control could be used to back into outstanding shares. I "guess" not.
