Brady, Please don't take offence, the LANGUAGE used on the forms to
remove the Rule 144 legend from stock certificates, is simply worded
in this manner so that a holder of a certificate can put the shares
electronically into a brokerage account, it does not indicate the
immediate sale, we hold shares like this that we made similar filings
on three years ago. On the other hand when you see "shares sold"
(research the Yahoo! and DCLK info where you see actual sales)

Thats the difference,hope this info is helpful.
