Okay Curtains I'll buy that. But why everyone all at once?

Also you said before that there couldn't be any big selling going on. I'm sorry, but with the price dropping like it is, that's all that could be going on IMO.

These forms have to be re-filed every 90 days if the stock isn't sold.

The intention is that they are filed when there is an intention to sell.

Most 144's are acted-on within the 90 days, and never have to be renewed.
