Actually those numbers are pretty much wrong.

ADPT would cost more like $400 million for (low estimate)600 million in sales and excludeing charges taken a profitable company. Don't forget there is gona be around $.90/shr in charges for this year.

When the charge clear the ttm prepare to see at least a $1/ share profit.

($1/share * a descent PE)+ $6/share cash = price /share in twelve to 18 months

My guess = in the twenties.
