J. received my AGM notice yesterday. Interesting info on financials included. Nothing stated as to audited, so Im assuming they are not, but I would assume them to be accurate or its just more fodder for the legal cannon. They even provide a proxy for shareholders to send in to designate who can cast their votes for them. I think it is vital THAT WE ALL COME TOGETHER AND VOTE OUR SHARES AS A BLOCK!!!! ITS IMPORTANT THAT WE ALL PROVIDE OUR PROXIES SO WE CAN VOTE AS A BLOCK!!! IF ANYONE NEEDS A COPY OF THE PROXY FAXED TO THEM, PLEASE EMAIL ME A gpgoodin@mgolaw.com AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO FAX YOU A COPY. Notice states that we our voting for Board of Directors and any other matter to come before the meeting. Hmmmmmmmmm We need to get at least one seat on the board!!!!! GG
