You are correct. It is guesswork. And, it is tiring. However, let me leave you with one last thought. Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein rightfully want to maintain control. As the company iissues shares for the acquisition of other companies don't these principals need to increase their own voting share count (to maintain control)? Or can they accomplish acquisitions by issuing shares and not increase their voting share count?

Leroyt,
believe it or not, the most important thing right now is not the authorized shares, not the outstanding shares, BUT THE FLOAT.
And as long as somebody will come with something better TO ME THE FLOAT is 1.500.000 shares.

And we control those shares. To me, there are no shares to buy. To me most of the shares that MM's are selling now are SHORT SHARES.
