Until the dust settles and people recognize PSFT for its instrinsic value, I will only day-trade it, as I did on Friday for a point or two...this goes against my natural grain, but as the saying goes - it you can't beat 'em, join 'em. I agree with your view that its the anaylsts who are manipulating PSFT with the intention of heavying-up at fire sale prices...it's the same thing they did to Newcourt Credit Group last week, my other favourite. DON'T FEED THE BEARS (or the analysts/brokerage houses)!!!!

excellent analysis, ken. earlier i asked what the acc/dis was on friday and someone said it was on the accumulation side. what an easy way to pick up some psft for the index funds: fishy indeed. let's hope it was a one-timer and not an omen of worse things to come. but this is still a falling knife, and i am not yet buying. we are still at a "high" pe ratio, and could come down quite a bit. remember cymi, cien, and other one-time glamor tech growth stocks; pull up some charts and look what happened to the people who tried to be contrarians.
