tkb,
Can you cite me a law that says a person is prohibited from buying freely traded shares in the open market and requesting the certificates for them? I don't think so.If there wasn't an illegal short it wouldn't even be an issue. Sounds like more spin to me. I'm not buying it. There is nothing to my knowledge that is illegal about requesting certificates, no matter how many shares you own. To the contrary, the brokerages could be found wanting if they don't deliver the requested certificates.Frankly, I find his seeming reluctance to pull his certs to be perplexing to say the least. I hear a lot of yapping about"getting shorty" but the person with the supposedly largest hammer is a seemingly reluctant participant. Hmmmmmm.More and more curious with each passing day. BTW, another week gone and no Form 10 filed?????? Gee what's the excuse going to be on that this week? I know, the attorneys are working hard on it. This must be the toughest Form 10 in history or the dumbest attorneys. Haven't figured that one out yet.(could it be that neither of those assumptions are true?)What would be a third alternative. 1.)Blah,blah,blah i.e. the excuse of the week. 2.) ????????????????
