I think that's very possible. What the "plus" is would have to be, at minimum, Clinton personally paying back the millions the Justice Dept has had to spend so far to uphold the laws of the land, which Clinton willfully violated. I would start the Clinton-tab meter on the day that Linda Tripp first talked with Justice Dept investigators.
