Binder; For me its semantics The Russian Report from what I read in the news release is not acceptable to the SEC and yes IKAR made some clarifications. Something that MIDL was lacking thus it was halted. The Management believes in the property as well as myself..... The Russian report is 450 pages long and the miles of tunnels were not done for ones health. Kilborn did not refute the Russian report. So as it stands a feasibility study is taking place and IKAR is progressing to prove out it's propertys value (THUS THE SUMMER PROGRAM). Also IKAR,s Management was not selling stock unlike MIDL does Fisher ring a BELL DING DING......... A friend of mine has been telling me for months that there is something wrong with this stock, and he has been telling you too. Yeah I know who that friend is and from his track record I weigh his opinion lightly as well as your own. MIDL was halted............. Your only agenda is to fling MUD go back to your peep holes....

Binder, I am responding to your post to Alan as it relates to the info I posted. first, your data is incorrect....it rose 10 cents, not 4. Second, the PR released is really a matter of semanitcs...It is a matter of how who interprets the words in the previous releases. The SEC pointed out it could have been taken incorrectly, so they did the PR as a point of clarification. There were no lies as you suggest... merely a matter of how a person COULD interpret a word. Call them yourself...speak to Randy...it is even a toll free number...so there is no real reason NOT to call. If you are invested in this stock it is surely worth your time. To summarize, there were no lies told to anyone...it is merely a matter of clarification to the prior PR's. Jim J
