Elio.......

Don't you ever relax? The collapse of the price? On no volume? The stock still traded 151,000 shares on Friday and more the day before. That is no volume? The stock closed very close to where it opened. Just relax and let things unfold. PMA isn't even on the shelves yet. You have to be fairly close to your break even point and much better off than when the stock was .14. I guess a 229% gain isn't enough for you. I'll wait and see what the stock does within the next two weeks. If it's at .25 then I'll comment or re-evaluate. How much more are you going to analyze this thing to death? For someone that keeps raving about his buys when he is buying can't you be patient? We gained 229% while the Dow tanked.

<<What do you think is happening here. Why the collapse of the price on no volume, no bad news?>>

As I've stated before... I think what you're seeing is that after we moved over $1.00 we saw 2 things happen

1) people started locking in profits...
2) MMs moved bid down on minimal selling and people followed with sell orders because they figured the ride was over.

Some sold at a profit.. others sold at a loss figuring it would go right back to where it started... Friday showed us that the stock isn't ready to go back to 15cents... once we stabilize in price and find a new support level, then it's just a matter of time before investor confidence is back and we move up again... probably not nearly as fast..which could be very good for those who are wanting to hold the stock much longer..

stocks with small float move very quickly.. we all know that.. sometimes if you complicate a stock with a short position and IF covering occurs it will move up massively... but then when covering is done it usually comes right back down because the only real buying pressure that ever existed WAS IN FACT the covering... it would be a real plus to see BNEZ find support above 30cents.. maybe even at 40cents... and build there until news of first sales figures arrive.

many here have tested and seen the PMA product and with the announcement of Ingram Micro... we all should realize that we're not very far off from really seeing this company make more progress in just a few short weeks then it has in the last year.

turnaround stories are really great in the penny market... you get to find a company that has been beaten down in price (and usually for good cause) and then when they finally get their act together and start producing revenues ... you find that the stock is greatly undervalued... word gets out and the stock becomes a real worthwhile investment for those who can get in early... and ride the bumps as the company produces...

for instance, I just picked up some more MADI stock on Friday... will probably get more if the news hasn't hit by monday afternoon.. another software company... story alot like BNEZ here minus the rev split... they just signed up with MicroWarehouse for distributorship.. and others to follow soon there.. probably see some strong news middle of this upcoming week for them.... look at the chart and compare the two..

both have a couple million shares in the float... MADI is probably a little less.. both have just finally completed their products and have signed on first wave of distributorship... with more to come soon... take a hard look at the charts... though madi didnt' move quite as fast.. it's close in movement... you'll see that it moved from 25cents to 90cents.. then back to 40cents on profit taking... and has once again moved up nicely ... and has been hanging around 75cents for several days now... ready for the next move up imho...

so you can see that BNEZ is following the same pattern pretty closely... when you combine short covering, small float, significant news that would lead investors to believe revenues will begin soon (which we've seen with both stocks I've mentioned above) and awareness of the stock to any degree like here at SI... then you're likely to see some large swings in price in a very short period of time...

I'm confident that BNEZ will find it's support base even if it takes all week and will once again make another move up on good news.. and soon as I see support and trading logs turn favorable.. you can bet I'll be adding to my position here as well..

this is why I now hold both MADI and BNEZ... as both are great stories and I'm looking forward to both of their products producing some strong revenues... diversification in stocks is very important... one of these if not both is bound to do quite well over the next several weeks... I believe things will get very emotional around here as we wait for the company to put out it's next news as we're all hoping it has some solid numbers...

I hope I haven't rambled on too much and I hope that my drawing illustration to another similar situation is okay with you all...
I know how it is about mentioning stocks off topic... but I think it applies here cuz it gives hope that stocks like our BNEZ here can in fact make a move upward again after such heavy profit taking and selling...

let's just hope the MMs allow the stock to trade fairly... (assuming the MMs are manipulating this one of course)... eventually fundamentals and strong buying pressure win in the end... don't forget that!

here's a chart you all can goto... just type in "BNEZ" and "MADI" in the box and click "create chart"...

investools.com

just a word of caution... try not to buy or sell on emotion.. do the DD... give the price a fair valuation... ask yourself what price you think the stock could hit in 1 week, 1 month, 1 year... look at the current price... consider your own objectives and do what's right for you... if you felt the stock was undervalued at 80cents... then as long as the company gets the job done.. odds are: this stock will once again trade 80cents or higher...

take care all! jim

Elio: At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the MMs were short covering by RAISING the price on probably inflated volume. They continued to short straight up to $1.25, thereby raising their average short price. Then they slammed the stock down so they could COVER at a price lower than the new higher average. If this is what happened, you will see the same pattern again this week. They'll bring it up to take it back down. Its a classic pattern for short covering. Also, look who was on the bid during the fall. NITE was right there.
