Indeed, a very un-funny hypothesis as to why all this nonsense is flying about. Would that it were a joke. I fear it is all too real... ========= By the way, here is an interesting series of posts from someone calling himself Ice Cube, claims to have inside knowledge of how the BB game is really played. They give a company let's say $1million dollars in exchange for a convert that has a "floating" or spiraling" conversion feature. Say the stock trades a $2, they bang it offshore (short it) to .50 cents, convert to 2 million shares, cover the short and make a shit load of money. I gave a very BASIC example, there are many ways to play this game, just the general public is NOT invited. For those of you who do this, you know what I speak of..... These 22 million shares are now unrestricted as of last Thursday assuming of course they were resticted at all. Is it a stretch to hypothesize that maybe whoever got those shares wants to sell them now and that the foregoing plan is the company's attempt to insure that the only selling in the market is from the angel(s) who made the investment last year? Again, just a hypothesis. 22 million shares, eh? My own guess is that this goes a long way to explain the resignation of the transfer agent and Mike Sylver's decision to take over his job. Good luck to those who may want to sell their formerly restricted shares.
