Hi Zeev,

My gut feeling is that Veba intends to put MEMC on the auction block and that they're positioning themselves to that end. Of course I have no facts to substantiate that. My question is what would happen to MEMC shareholders if MEMC were sold to a private firm. Could we be forcibly bought out at some piddling price, say $5 per share?

Thanks,
Bruce
