Gary;
You have only one intention here and since I haven't rubbed your backside (with regards to MIDL) you hope that anything I am involved with goes down the tube. You yourself was involved with this Company at one point and you were aware that the Russian Report existed. Remember when you were telling me it was a bargain at 1.50 back then??? (before the huge projections). I also did NOT buy it back then and I also did not buy it when those huge press release were issued. Take a look when I started this thread.... I bought it based on other factors. So what has changed Gary the Russian Report still exists. If anything we are coming to an end with a feasibility study so IKAR can move forward. Also from my understanding the Country is giving it's full support for this project do you know anything otherwise.

Yes I used MIDL's news releases against Midland but I saw no retractions from them did you. Did MIDL put out a retraction that DF-144 patent was in question??? NO they just inferred that they were still working it out with John Sprigss. They knew that DF-144 was a dead issue. We all know what would have happened if they issued a press release with retractions on DF-144 but they did not. Many were hoping it would come back in and we all know what happened. IKAR still holds rights to the property, IKAR still holds the Russian Report, Ikar still holds the Kilborn report I think we can both agree that any value when you seemed to love this stock (IKAR) has not changed. What did MIDL hold after the fallout of DF-144?

ALAN At least with Midland when they had NOTHING I called like it was we had NOTHING>

You called it like it was... I disagree I remember my conversations with you and I also remember the infamous STOP TRANSFERS waiting for a squeeze....

I am not going to respond to you anymore your agenda is obvious.
