j_b, thanks for that travelgate info. I really didnt know much about it - although I did get a primer on filegate from someone and I agree that if filegate was fact, then that was corruption indeed. However, the fact is Starr spend all this money and time and didnt deliver on those points. Personally I dont believe he has anything on filegate or travelgate at all. Now, in the past I might have said that filegate/travelgate probably actually existed but couldnt be proven... however, now, after seeing this hatchet job done on the president over what I consider to be a legal affair that hurt no one really - an obvious attempt to ax the president using his weakness as collateral - I am beginning to reconsider my opinions on filegate/travelgate. It may be, that they never even existed! Just like the talking points may have never existed.

JB if there is all this evidence about "bad stuff" my question is how has it come to your attention and not Star's? Could it be that on close inspection Star found that none of this "evidence" holds water? Forty million dollars and four long years and you seem to have found more about file gate than he has.I don't mean to be disrespectful but with his tremendous resources he must have investigated these leads . Where have they led him? He has been reduced to setting perjury traps in order to justify time and expense. pez
