no financials? how late are they? if more than a month then that is a big fat red flag. man, i learned never to play with this type of fire. don't like getting burned.

Zeus: Even if the financials are messed up and that's why the SEC filing is held up, does it make any difference if there truly is a large naked short position and the certs are called in? Unless there has been the issuing of additional shares out the back door, there are 2.5 million shares over the float reported by the little guys on the unofficial website. (I at least feel those reporting are being accurate) The company could be going bankrupt but the naked shorts will have to deliver certificates in the worthless company. tom
