Skeeter Bug, No,I never said anything about financials being late. PS: to understand most of that last post to you. You would have to have been following this thread,and the Yahoo thread for quite some time.

First post I've read in quite a while that tells it like it really is... i.e. anyone "investing" in JAWS is playing with fire... I've been following Tigershark for about 8 months and have traded in and out of it 8 - 10 times (made some decent shortterm gains) but so far other than hanging in there above $2... Nothing that the posters on this thread and in many cases the company themselves has come true... No nasdaq listing, no form 10, misleading info. regarding the float, weird bankruptcy deal, some guy named NUTSO holding x millions of shares going to pull certs, not going to pull certs, illegal short, naked short, illegal manipulation from Canada, flyby night investment newsletters pumping and dumping and on and on it goes.... Anyone investing a major portion of their portfolio in this company IMO is out of their mind.... JD
