jds, this bad boy has nearly all the hallmarks of a scam. reminds me of rmil. the most basic economic rule is that people do what is in their self interest. if withholding financials is in their best interest then they'll do it. why? to mislead shareholders. if touting nasdaq, etc is in their best interest, they'll do it. if they don't produce then they AND people still put up with them then, well, a fool and their money is soon parted. yes, it is foolish to believe a company with a history of misrepresenting the truth. i did. i came out well done. never again.
