What's wrong? You don't like MOT process? If you look closely their
FETs are superior to Intel. Nchannel and Pchannel need to be high to
hit the 1GHz limit. Copper will really help when the speed is that
high. MOT advanced 0.18um process will employ SOI which will increase
the speed by 30% and power dissipation by up to 50%. That is why you
see MOT's advantage for mobile. As I have said it many time, Intel is
behind and will behind in process technology. Without copper and SOI
they are defenseless in the "gigahertz regime".
