Zeev: didn't see your earlier post on the cash to bond "trade". I still think this deal is a sign of MU's desperation. Why take on an out of date, money losing set of fabs that will cost at least $1 bil to bring up to standard and take on 5,400 employees when you've got a (presumably) perfectly good empty one down the road that will also cost the $1 bil (but would have all new employees)???? This move makes no sense except as a way to get the $550 mil which they desperately need.
