Leroyt, I am just puzzled about control and outstanding shares. Being puzzled motivates me to continue to question. I sure would like reporting status but that just ain't goin' be for awhile, I'm afraid. So, here we are. Many think that the outstanding share count is now 6M or so. After the reverse, the highest share count possible would have been a little less than 3M, and certainly not all of it would have been in the hands of Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein. If these gentlemen are in control by having in excess of 50% of the common stock today, that means they must have, based on the assumed 6M outstanding, more than 3M shares. Where did they get them without disclosure? Don't they have to disclose when purchasing shares? Elio has been constantly alerting us to naked short selling. Do you suppose there could be 3M or so naked shorts out there? After all, if we are thinking there exists 6M outstanding shares, but in reality there are only 3M issued, outstanding shares, then control could easily be in the hands of Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein with just 1.5M shares. Of course, control could be well vested in these two principals by virtue of something yet undislosed, and there are in fact 6M outstanding shares and the two principals control well less than half. This concerns me because I do not understand the possibilities. Your post seems to indicate that some of the possibilities aren't so good. I will say, however, these two principals plus Dr. Clark seem to be operating systematically, productively and, in my opinion, above board. So, puzzled I remain. (Oh, by the way, I still think we may have enough facts here to put together whats happened, but we just don't the forest for the trees.)
