I agree with all you've said and its clear that the Oracle PR is not timely anyway. However there is no disputing the fact that enterprise software is slowing and has lost all of the MoMo $$. Its going to be very difficult to make money in this sector at this point... personally Id much rather have an individual crash and burn stock in a healthy sector vs. this scenario. There is no company in enterprise software that will surprise 50% to the upside and the stocks wont move unless that happens.

Well, psft still has excellent fundamentals and long term I expect psft to gain on Sap...
