As you can probably tell, Emile's elevator doesn't make it to the top floor. He writes the country is a Christian majority, but he should note that the fastest growing religions in this country AREN'T Christian. I can just see Ole Emile when these religions become a majority and then Ole Emile will be yelling ...."Get their religion out of our schools". It is truly a shame that people like Emile don't really understand what Freedom he has. What is amazing is that the largest Christian denomination in this country is the Southern Baptist and they were founded solely to perpetuate slavery. Damn! That is a great Christian tenet and the Emile's of the world want to teach us about family values.

"ARTICLE I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; "

ARTICLE X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"

It is irrelevant that their are minority religions in America. The Constitution prohibits the U.S. Government--the Executive, the Judicial and the legislative--from interfering with the practice of religion by the states or individuals. All three brances of the U.S. Government are in violation of the supreme law of the land by interfering with the practice of religion in states and public institutions.
All Federal entities are strictly forbidden by the Bill of Rights to make laws concerning religion or attempt to prohibit citizens and institutions of the various states to practice the religion of their choice.

All three branches of the Federal government are in violation of the First and Tenth Amendments. The Bill of Rights cannot be regulated, only privileges can be regulated. The bureaucractic establishment, the news media and Hollywood have treasonously perpetuated the false political doctrine of Separation of Church and State. There is no such doctrine in the Constitution. On the contrary, the Bill of Rights gurantees states, institutions and individuals the right to establish state churches of their choice.
