ARTICLE I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

ARTICLE X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The Constitution of the United States of America prohibits the United States government from interfering in any way with the rights of the people and the respective states to worship or practice the religion of their choice. This prohibition against the United States government includes all three branches of government--executive, legislative and judicial. Neither Congress, the President nor the Supreme Court have any jurisdiction over the practice or the prohibition of religion by state government or individuals. All religious rights are reserved to the states and the people. The first amendment totally removes all authority and power from all three branches of the United States government in matters of religion.

The American establishment--Hollywood and the news media in agreement with the federal bureaucracy--has illegally and unconstitutionally forced upon the American Christian community the false doctrine of "Separation of Church and State." This malignant and anti-christian doctrine has deprived the Christian majority in America from exercising their constitutional guarantee of religious freedom and authority in their schools and state governments.

This thread was started to examine and explore the clear language in Articles I and X of the Bill of Rights. These amendments clearly establish and guarantee the freedom and power over religion for states and individuals and allows them to practice the religion of their choice without interference from any branch of the United States government.

I think it would also be beneficial to examine and explore the power of the anti-christian elements in the American news media and Hollywood in fostering and perpetuating this unlawful and unconstitutional abridgement of the religious rights of the states and the people.
