You personally are warning me? Or do you act as a proxy for Bear Stearns? In any case, the truth is the ultimate defense.

It is a well established fact that analysts issue upgrades and downgrades to benefit positions that they and their biggest clients have already taken. They don't do it out of the goodness of their heart, William, even you know that.

I'd say 3 million shares will produce a nice commission, and would certainly put those planetall/junglee insiders into the category of "big client"

It is amusing that those insiders filed to sell with an S-8, which is basically the same as "GET RID OF THESE SHARES FOR ME NOW, PLEASE!!"
