And for good, if that sort of transaction was profitable, which means to corner Ailorous, which is anything but easy work : Why should the company benefit. Better, the co's insiders do this job, and kick the shares.

Still it is safer even for insiders to short it and buy it back when the company does a drawdown and the subsequent stock flip.

I can see why you selected REFR. The only problem is you have not done your due diligence on the current status of product introduction and revenue potential for the company, you have failed to show how Ailorous can benefit when REFR has the option NOT to sell one share, and your assessment of what the REFR investor understands may be short-sighted (you may want to read back on the thread and notice that others have employed similar arguments to discredit the company). Of course you have put your money on your due diligence as I have on mine and the facts will be clear soon enough.
