Unless this was a once or twice loss-leader to get a key company and maybe they secured tons of training and consulting dollars. How would an analyst get access to a contract. These contracts are confidential documents and I believe there is a standard clause that clients are not to reveal terms and pricing to other clients - or you can bet it is there in any case of a deep discount or the common knowledge would lead to everyone wanting the same deal.

It is ALWAYS interesting to compare SAP and PSFT results. Maybe this one will be easier to compare with SAP now US-listed and PSFT making the other change to not showing licence revenue separate (or whatever it was). And yes, SAP has same qtr's as PSFT. If SAP is on the 20th, their results will be on the WEB in the morning before market opens because they are released from Germany. PSFT will be at the usual 5pm Eastern after the close.
