Barb .. Yes, Al is Dave's brother. Al also worked at Integral Systems and joined Dave at PSFT sometime after the company was established and a going concern (sorry, I'd have to look up the exact year). These shares they get are part of their compensation and if they don't sell, there is a tax hit - help me out here Chuzz or someone. I do not have time to go and look this up (sorry). If you get hands on a 10-Q (look at Investor Relations in PSFT's website), you will find out all you want to know about who is who and so on at PSFT. In any case, do not read into these sales and purchases that any of thes people are any more or less bullish than the others. That is not what this is about.
