no only have analysts missed the boat on TLC, but they have deliberately misled investors...their hype is based on general retail spending, european sales growth(but europe is stuffed with product and can't pay) and market share growth(by acquisition) yet more evidence today TLC's plan is failing...

this is now the 3rd week in sept where tlc has failed to improve, topping off the worst summer performance ever.

BTW: islandflyer is reporting TLC is discussing with SEC about its charges and has delayed any filings...is this true?
