Re: "I know that the poly CD on Intel 0.25um PII AIN'T 0.22um +/- 0.02um like Yousef said. Intel CD control is much tighter than he has guessed.

How would you know Maxwell? I would find it much easier to believe Yousef that you. Why not post a reference to your claim?

Re: "Your knowledge on the speed spread (binning down to lower speed like you suggested) also shows that you don't understand anything on semiconductor process. "

I have never claimed to be an expert on fab process, but I may know more than you think Maxwell, I don't have the same need that you have to show it, or should I say fake it. I am still waiting for you to show me that you know what you are talking about. It's easy to sling BS when you don't have to prove anything. You have steadfastedly refused to prove anything because you can't. Just hype, no proof.

Re: "BTW, the cooled 0.25um PII was running at -50C. "

And how would you know this? If you have a reference fine, post it, otherwise I will assume it is just more of your BS.
