Okay folks. I finally got a call Friday from Jack Ben Ezra. Did not get much information, but he did say that he can care less with the present stock price. He stated that MANY developments are happening as we speak, and that those holding for the LONG TERM, will be greatly rewarded. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt, and wait it out. He did say that news will probably be coming out this week, and although he did not reveal the nature of the news, he did slip out with the name Merisel.Lets see what develops.

Elio.......

Elio, so much for you waiting two weeks. Listen if you're so damn nervous about your $100,000 sell NOW. You have 300,000 shares so you are about even at .33. I'm sick of reading about the SEC. Ten days ago you guys were toasting each other with champagne and caviar. I know it's human nature to get excited about a run up but you expect a penny stock to stay at $1 with one news release. Be patient and wait for future orders and more distribution agreements. Eventually fundamentals will drive the stock but it takes time. The product just came out and isn't even on the shelves yet and everyone is crying. There was a great article on Ingram today on the front page of the Los Angeles Times business section. Unlike some companies I trust this management team. We are on the right track and the product is being manufactured. Watching a penny stock on a daily basis can be painful. You have to look ahead on the long term basis unless you are day trading. Elio, I suggest you turn off your computer for a month and see where we are or else sell out now if you're so worried about your money. Who told you to spend $100,000 on a penny stock?
