trial? restraining order was not followed! now injunction against jboxford! now one more named in suit. reason for extension is other party must be served! games played by jboxford has turned canacord against them and will get them only more sanctions and fines. court order jboxford deliver 4 million shares. jboxfords certificate of collateral made a fast trip to dtc between wednsday and friday. fedex is making same trip. spider

The hearing is over! The judge wants the DTC to lift the freeze. If the the DTC does not lift the freeze, the judge will force them to comply. Citibank has been ordered to return shares. At this point Citibank wants to cooperate and put this behind them. JB Oxford has been ordered to return shares. Canacord is suing JB Oxford and Andy Mann. Do you have a clue yet? You can wait for press release to confirm my findings. It's all up to the DTC, when they release the freeze, the SHORT SQUEEZE will begin.
