If the the DTC does not lift the freeze, the judge will force them to comply.

How? The DTC isn't a defendant in this case. Judges can't simply order anyone they like to do anything they say, you know.

And have you and Spidey stopped to consider the implications of the stance taken by the DTC?

The hearing is over! The judge wants the DTC to lift the freeze. If the the DTC does not lift the freeze, the judge will force them to comply. Citibank has been ordered to return shares. At this point Citibank wants to cooperate and put this behind them. JB Oxford has been ordered to return shares. Canacord is suing JB Oxford and Andy Mann. Do you have a clue yet? You can wait for press release to confirm my findings. It's all up to the DTC, when they release the freeze, the SHORT SQUEEZE will begin.

OK. Still waiting for the press release. Don't you think if all these things were true we would have been told this "officially" by now?
