Re approval process sucks... Yeah, I've picked up the phone from time to time but you have to press all those damn automated connection buttons and then, the worst part is listening to some add before your get connected to a real person. I've actually been doing something similar to what Kevin mentioned. If I plan to buy, I put in a stink bid just to get through the approval process and changing the bid later seems to be faster. Same on the sell side. I wonder if this happens (the approval process) in the U.S. I'm not all that pleased to be 'protected' or whatever they think they are doing with this process. More often than not, they protect me from profits.
