In theory the market makers can not cover their position unless the Company bails them out of this by selling them new shares directly. If I'm a market maker this is what I am trying to do. If they bully the Company into doing this then they can cover and the Company raises a little money.

IF BNEZ does not do this then we have a couple of market makers going belly up and getting your shares becomes a legal mess. I've ordered my certs....

The best thing BNEZ can do now is file suit against market makers who have recklessly shorted shares without ANY intention of covering by repurchasing shares in the open market. The mafia-like market manipulators run over too many small cap companies and its high time someone took a stand and hit em where it hurts (the wallet).
