A non sequitir is a conclusion that logically doesn't follow from premises.

Mr. Spock said that logic is a little bird that goes tweet, tweet. He is logical.

Godel proved that if you make a system of axioms infinitely strong there still exists within the system truths not provable from the axioms. Are those truths non sequitir?

If Chase's cost of funds is 10% and usury laws limit to 7%, you can shout all you want but Chase won't give you the loan at 7%. It's 12% or forget it. There is no law that requires anyone to loan to you. That's a privilege. I admit the great socialist movement has tried to change that under social reprogramming, but hegemony never lasts whatever its form.
