It might be counter-productive to continue bugging the SEC. IF they take an interest an launch an investigation into trading in our stock then we'll have a dark cloud hanging over the stock for many months and my experience with the SEC has been that they rarely are concerned with ANY foul play by MM's.

Also, I think a telephone campaign calling on resellers would be a mistake at this time. I expect they'll all carry the product without any work on our part and the best we can do is recommend the product to everyone we know AFTER it is on the shelves. I'm sure the Company appreciates the gesture, but I doubt that they want just anybody representing the Company.

I agree that BNEZ should not be forced into selling to MM's at below fair value, but they may be eager to fill up their bank account with funds for marketing and get the shorts off of their back once and for all. My experience with short seller mafia's is that they can cause a lot of behind the scenes problems.

If it were me I'd ask for several $$ per share and tell them to take it or leave it. If they don't take it, I'd file suit and ask the SEC to inspect their books. But, what the hell do I know?

I'm extremely disappointed in our regulators for allowing this crap to go on and with the market getting ready to plummet I doubt BNEZ is going to get ANY help whatsoever from them. We'll be fine as sales begin rolling in and it becomes clear that BNEZ will have great earnings, but it is going to be a volatile ride. Buy low. Buy now.

Elio.......

You are the most nervous investor I have ever seen. Why don't you sell your shares, break even and buy back Friday at .20 or sell completely if you are so worried about your money? The stock can go two ways up or down. Pick one or flip a coin. You have a 50% chance of being right. I couldn't care less about today's price or Fridays's price. If the stock goes to .20 I'll buy more. I'll be more concerned about the price on January 1, 1999 after the holiday shopping season if we're still at these levels.
