on another note, sounds like CISCO is INDEED being investigated, and quickly. This was released by NORTEL late today:

- Northern Telecom Limited (Nortel Networks) received a letter today
from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition
requesting Nortel Networks' cooperation in an FTC investigation of

of the investigation.

- Nortel Networks intends to cooperate with the FTC in its
investigation.

What are the reasons that the IDC Report is in line with the correct record?.

I understand the Dell'Oro report lumped FR with ATM and in the process skewed the results.
