Dan,

<<Then are you saying that should your wife choose to have a lover you would not or could not care. Is that the attitude? That does not sound like you from what I know.>>

First of all, please remember that I said responsible sexuality . When it comes down to it, I guess my wife is free to choose a lover, but I would then also be free to choose to no longer be married to her. My wife and I have been a couple for 15 years and happily married for 13 years(okay, mostly happy:-) ) because we do share the values. There is no guarantee that we will continue to in this manner(although I sincerely hope and pray we do). We both have the freedom of choice to
live our lives in the best manner we see fit.

However, when I was tlking about sexuality outside of marriage, I was mainly referring to two single people in a relationship, previous to marriage.

In regards to yyour opinion as to why its wrong, I have a reason for asking. If you talk about thous shalt not murder- I can understand the reasoning. Thou shalt not covet they neighbors goods or wife, I can understand that. Dont lie cheat or steal, I can understand. Why cant two responsible people in their twenties who arent married have sex? I cant understand why anyone thinks its a sin. Why do you?

Mark
