Janice: Let me offer a slight modification to your analysis: Any shares of AZNT held by First Concorde -- and First Concorde only -- deposited in accounts at either JB Oxford or Canaccord, cannot be traded, sold etc, until the litigation is completed. Paragraph two says that yes, AZNT cannot orchestrate a short squeeze by instructing "any stock depository or clearing house or system" that said shares are invalid. Therefore the only issue here is how many - if any - shares of AZNT does First Concorde hold and how many of those are deposited at either JB Oxford or Canaccord. Also any freeze at DTC, if there ever was one, is off. ww

You and your cronies ignorance is too much to handle. This is merely an injunction restraining the defendants from trading, selling, transferring or assigning common shares. Notice they don't mention buying. The second paragraph means nothing, the shorts have created their own squeeze. They have to cover, to cover they buy. When they buy to cover they jack the price up.
