I must say that--even considering Mike Sylver's long and impressive courtroom experience--I am amazed by his claims that he can march up to the bench anytime he wants and get judges to Do Things. Whatever happened to that old lawsuit? Remember, the one everyone kept going on about? A380415? Did we ever figure out whether there actually was any such action? If so, was it....by any chance....dismissed? Certainly no verdict of any kind was ever announced here.... Hey guys? Have we got a credibility problem? A really MAJOR one?
