This note was sent to Tina on 9/30/98. No Response. I think it is time to call the SEC about the stock promoting practices of this company. Would anybody like to join me? Tina - If you have been reading the thread, you know that I have voiced several questions relating to the substance of recent "News". I would like to receive any information available on TNNS (and GNNX for that matter). I have (for me) a substantial investment in GNNX which was made on the basis of the announced telcom contracts. Having recently been invested in several other BB companies that announced great sounding news, and then never delivered, I am skeptical until actual results are in. I continue to be skeptical when you respond to requests for information with answers that do not contain much substance. I would think, for example, if the contracted payments of $100,000 per month that have been previously announced were real, you would have no problem commenting on that. If, on the other hand, they are not real, you might respond with "I cant divulge the information" type of response. While I very sincerely hope that my skepticism is misplaced, I have not yet received anything that leads me to believe otherwise. I urge you to share these concerns with your management and provide a substantive response addressing these and the previous questions. Otherwise, I would be forced to conclude that my earlier voiced concerns are in fact real and voice them to the appropriate authorities.
