Ed, there is plenty of oil that cost less then $8/barrel to produce out there (the Sudanese stuff is supposed to be under $4, I think). There are actually two costs, finding costs and extraction and transportation costs. From what you said, it seems that a pipeline is not a problem with HEC, and that is good, but what I cannot understand is if that is the case why are they still trucking the stuff.
