They did disappoint in 1994. I bot at 16 1/2 pre many splits in early Aug that year - before most of you ever heard of CSCO.

Market technicals may be bad...but prior to the downgrade Cisco technicals were healthy.

Even so, Cowan (Stix) doesn't use technicals except to verify his position. These guys profess to be fundamentalists. To bad they sit in their ivory towers and make calls like this one. I know, first hand, that they did zero homework on this call.
