Joseph, I owned the stock then and the news that was reported was mostly proven false. There was a lot of "disinformation" going on by what it was later determined to be shorts trying to manipulate the market. I remember this well as my Dad and brother who also owned the stock then thought that Cisco got hammered without any good reason. We did a lot of research on this and from what I can recollect they met their numbers. If you can give me source to the information you reported I would appreciate it. regards, Eric
