You are right about the message sent by Cowen that the enterprise
spending is slow down. With financial sector melt down, it is possible
their spending slows down. If CSCO has 15% more revenue came from
that sector, it is going to be affected unless CSCO finds another
avenue to replace it. Look at LU, for example, once people realized
the potential slow down. They dumped the stock first even LU has
stated they are comfortable with earning estimate. I guess this is
a very sensitive market. High valuation has to be supported by solid
fundamentals. I will not know how CSCO is doing until it reports
earning in early Nov. That is what I thought todays action on CSCO
stock.
