If anyone chooses to invest in FNTN, their focus has to be on two factors...(a)The INTRANET and (b) Siemens commitment to FNTN.

Siemens has done their homework regarding FNTN and would not be associated with them if they had doubts about the Company or the INTRANET product.

(When the Vision gets cloudy, always go back to the FACTS that really matter.)

THE Big payday for FNTN will come when FNTN has a Joint announcement with Siemens regarding the Success and Profitability of the INTRANET product. (ie. press release with multiple paying clients)

Email reply from Regional Director Bob Greinier to FNTN Shareholder

Shareholder question:

I'm an investor interested in Financial Intranet and would like to know if Siemens has an ongoing relationship with Fntn and if they will be (jointly?) represented at the Oct 8th trade show in Atlanta? Any information would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

FNTN has contracted with Siemens for about 95% of the hardware, software and applications that make up their current Multi-Media offerings. Development of additional functionalities are underway as well as discussions about future deliverables.

I am responsible for coordinating the efforts of several of the contributing Siemens entities that will develop, deliver and support the entire solution. I view FNTN as an excellent showcase for advanced Multi-Media solutions and expect to further enhance our excellent relationship.

Siemens was scheduled to be at the October 8th show, but the Siemens Financial group that had been planning to attend the show, are going through a major Re-organization...which will become effective October 1st, our new fiscal year. They (Siemens Financial) pulled out of the show. We will soon publish our 1998/99 schedule and fully expect to have FNTN show case their application at several applicable shows. This last minute cancellation no doubt caused FNTN some problems, for which we apologize. However, Siemens support of FNTN has not wavered.

I hope this answers you questions.

Hi Joe

I know you watch this thread, isn't amazing that on a day when FNTN takes its biggest % hit 16.31, these posters we have never heard of come up with garbage like this. I don't think fighting on the exchange floor is anything new. I think they started the sell off (primed the pump so to speak), then attacked while investors were left wondering what happened. I think the Germans in WWII called it blitzkrieg (lightning warfare).

I know that they would like panic in the streets, but I for one think these guys are paid, who else would spend weeks setting this up? If investors fall for this cheap con then they deserve what they get. If you read this thread and check out the posters history, when they showed up, what they said, I think you can put bogus handles together with other bogus handles. This thing was well planned and I don't think there is any doubt about that.

Wait for the next act in this saga before you screw up. There will be much more to come.

P.S. I think this is WATCHERS BIG ONE, he kept threatening us with, not very impressive.

Joe:

Your thought are very insightful about those who always discredit a stock but never have anything positive to say. After working with the public all my adult life I have learned to be careful with naysayers and negative people. I have never known a negative person to be successful in anything. To ignore the facts that are known about FNTN at this point are ridiculous. How successful this company may be is yet to be seen. Those who make real money will be those who have the grit to hold on when the picture looks grim. I have been shaken out of so many good stocks that I don't want to think about it anymore. Your investments cannot succeed if based on emotions. I will hold FNTN until I see evidence that they can't cut it. The price of this company will many other runs before that becomes evident.
