GZ Do not follow bond market,but am in process of refinancing home mortgage.Appears 15 year fixed is based on approx 110 - 115 basis points over 30 year treasuries.Do you have a chart or site to monitor long term chart. As just a short term casual observation the bond market looks to be toppy resulting from hedge fund unwinding.Do you think this has short term impact or is there a greater move to lower rates still in place after hedge funds get unwound. Thanks for your posts. It has helped me keep a balance in what appears to be the most volatile market I've observed in my life. We have endured as many crashes over INDU - 7379.7 and compx - 1475.49 as Clinton has definitions on sex! :-) It is getting to the point that globex down 15 pts is just another day - used to be lock limit down.This is either part of the wearing out process or I have become comfortably numb. That's good - right ? or that's bad wrong ? I get so confused ! :-) Bob
