I, like you, have been reading every post, with nothing substantive to add, except yet another poorer person evincing her frustration. I, too, am totally confused about ICIX...guess it's just the overall market, but their progress, including the BA alliance, seems to be quite good.

Does anyone think that at these depressed prices and lower funds/ interest rates, we might actually get a pick up in acquisition activity by the big players? After T's announcement yesterday about Vanguard, I guess Armstrong has spent his wad for at least this quarter (bummer!)?
